Several downtown business owners led by Chamber Director Gloria Mcluckie and several Eagles fans gathered on the square as the Harmony Eagles drove through downtown Gilmer and circled around the Upshur County Courthouse. A massive crowd of moviegoers from around the area turned out and filled up every viewing room of the AMC Movie Theater in Longview at the screening of the movie “Elvis” on Thursday morning, July 7, 2022. The event was a food drive for the Silver Screen Movie Club sponsored by the Law Firm of Goudarzi and Young, LLP.
