The East Texas Yamboree Association has announced their newest Yamboree Queen, Mia Renee Gage!
Mia is the Queen-Elect and will be the 88th East Texas Yamboree Queen. She’s representing the 20th Century Club.
Mia is the daughter of Richard and Janice Gage of Gilmer.
She’s entering her senior year at Gilmer High School and is studying cosmetology, and is a member of the power lifting team. She is also an active member of New Beginnings Church in Gilmer.
Her plans after high school are to go to college and study to be a missionary OBGYN.
"Not only will I be able to help women with delivering their babies, I will also get to share the gospel and hopefully change lives while doing it," Gage describes in her East Texas Yamboree Association bio.
The queen candidates raised a combined total of $441,957.
